Purpose

• Register the visitor in the campaign.
• Identify the exhibitor responsible for the referral, when applicable.
• Control duplicates, validate points, and generate administrative reports.
• Allow contacts related to the event and Feira Minasparts organization.

Sharing

The data may be accessed by the campaign team and used for operation, auditing, and result tracking. The public ranking only displays exhibitor point information and does not publish visitor CPF, email, or WhatsApp.

Retention and security

Information is kept for the period necessary to run the campaign, provide accountability, and comply with legal or operational obligations. Administrative and technical measures are adopted to reduce risks of unauthorized access.
